Personal sessions to help Performers take care of their minds.
The life of a Performer is full of particular and unique challenges. Sophie is passionate about helping Performers to become aware of their mental wellbeing.
Whatever is taking up headspace for you right now, it's important to find a space where you can work through it.
Every person is different but the aim of the sessions is to make a difference to your wellbeing using a variety of mindfulness, CBT and NLP techniques.
7 Langley St,
"Sophie's coaching has helped me to really balance my life again. I have a better control and understanding of my emotions, feelings, anxieties, worries etc and the tools to help me deal with them. I now live knowing that I'll be able to cope with the difficulties life may throw at me and have a better understanding of where my anxieties come from and how to accept and work through them. I now have a much healthier headspace and perspective on the world around me and can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for Sophie's work."
